Please read this Disclaimer carefully. It applies to your use oftokemon.si, our pre-launch marketing program (including the waitlist, Genesis Points, referrals, and social tasks), and any information we publish about Tokemon, non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”), digital collectibles, on-chain agents, and related blockchain technology. This Disclaimer supplements ourTerms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. No investment, financial, or legal advice

Nothing on the Site or in our communications is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Tokemon is a consumer entertainment and technology project involving digital collectibles and on-chain software. You should not buy, sell, or hold any digital asset based solely on marketing materials, community hype, or Genesis Points balances. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

2. No promise of profit, returns, or liquidity

We do not promise profits, “yield,” passive income, appreciation, or liquidity for any NFT, token, Genesis Point, or waitlist position. Past engagement metrics do not predict future rewards. Any future “rewards,” allowances, or access tied to Genesis Points—if offered at all—will be described in official program rules at that time and may change or be discontinued.

3. Genesis Points are not money or securities

Genesis Points (also described as waitlist or campaign points on the Site) arenon-transferable promotional accounting units used for waitlist engagement and early-community programs. They are not currency, e-money, deposit accounts, securities, commodity interests, or substitutes for money. You cannot sell, trade, or redeem Genesis Points for cash on the Site. Misrepresenting Genesis Points as an investment product is prohibited.

4. NFTs, smart contracts, and blockchain risks

Tokemon contemplates NFTs and smart contracts that may be deployed on public blockchains (e.g. Robinhood Chain or other networks we announce). Blockchain transactions areirreversible. Risks include, without limitation:

• Loss of access to wallets or private keys / seed phrases (we never ask for these).
• Smart contract bugs, exploits, or upgrades that affect ownership or metadata.
• Network congestion, failed transactions, and variable gas or network fees.
• Changes in protocol rules, chain halts, or bridge failures.
• Regulatory actions affecting NFT or crypto markets in your jurisdiction.
• Market volatility and the possibility that digital assets have no resale value.

On-chain metadata standards (e.g. ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-4906 metadata updates, ERC-8004 agent identity concepts described in our roadmap) are experimental. Features shown in marketing (evolution, agents, PVP, tactics) may be delayed, modified, or cancelled.

5. AI and “alive” pet features

References to AI agents, chat, memory, or pets being “alive” describe planned or demonstrative product directions—not guarantees of consciousness, earnings, or autonomous financial performance. AI outputs can be inaccurate or harmful; you are responsible for how you use them. Agent wallets and spending limits described in our materials are design goals subject to security review and user-controlled policies at launch.

6. Referrals and social tasks

Referral rewards (including two-tier referral credits) and social tasks (e.g. following or engaging on X) are honor-based engagement mechanics unless we state otherwise. They are intended to reduce spam, not to create a multi-level marketing or securities offering. Abuse, bots, self-referrals, or misleading promotion may result in forfeiture of points and removal from the waitlist.

7. Regulatory uncertainty

Laws and regulations governing digital assets, NFTs, and online promotions vary by country and change frequently. The Site may not be appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for compliance with laws that apply to you. We may restrict access by geography or wallet where required.

8. Third-party services

Wallet connection (e.g. via RainbowKit and browser extensions), RPC providers, X/Twitter, email providers, Cloudflare, and hosting partners are third-party services we do not control. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Forward-looking statements

Roadmaps, demos marked “coming soon,” species art, Gitbook links, and partnership references are forward-looking and may change without notice. We are under no obligation to update marketing materials.

10. Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tokemon disclaims all warranties and liability arising from your use of the Site and pre-launch programs, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as described in our Terms of Service.
